Delivered Ready for the Line
We assemble the product, kit the components, sequence the shipment and deliver it ready for installation.
Assembly That Takes Work Off Your Floor
A finished product still has to be counted, assembled, packed and staged before it can reach your line. We handle that work so your people can focus on production.
When fabrication and coating are part of the same program, assembly can happen after finishing without another freight move or outside handoff. Instead of receiving loose components, your line receives a finished product ready to install.
It also moves quality checks upstream. We can identify a mismatched hole, missing fastener or assembly issue while the work is still in our facility.
What We Handle
- Sub-assembly of coated components into modules
- Full product builds to your bill of materials
- Kitting components into counted, build-ready sets
- Mechanical fastening, hardware installation and torque control
- Installation of purchased and customer-supplied components
- Functional checks, serialization and labelling where required
Packaged for Your Line
Packaging and labelling determine how much handling your people do before the first product is installed. We treat that as part of the job.
Kitting
Components for one build are grouped, counted and packed together so your team has everything it needs in one set.
Sequencing
Shipments are arranged in the order your line will use them, so the pallet is unloaded in build order.
Custom Packaging
Racks, dunnage and returnable containers are selected to protect the finish during storage and transit.
Labelling and Barcoding
Product numbers, quantities and barcode formats are matched to your receiving system.
Release Scheduling
Finished inventory can be held and released against your schedule, reducing the space needed on your floor.
Ship to Line
Products are delivered to the dock, department or station you designate, ready for the next step.
From Fabrication to Finished Product
Assembly connects the work into one deliverable, with one schedule and one point of accountability.
01. Fabricate
Cut, form, weld and machine the components to your print, with verification against your CAD model.
02. Prepare
Clean, blast and pretreat the surfaces so the coating bonds and performs as required.
03. Coat
Apply powder, e-coat, liquid paint or a combination based on the product's geometry and service environment.
04. Assemble and Ship
Build it, kit it, label it, package it and release it to your schedule.
