Inventory Control Material Handler
Job Description
Ranew's is seeking an Inventory Controller with Material Handling experience to join our team in Milner, GA. This position will maintain lists of parts moving to different departments, transport parts to different departments and manage and maintain inventory of materials. This position is also required to document any issues or concerns when tracking inventory. Applicants must have experience tracking inventory, managing inventory and maintaining inventory accuracy. To apply you need to have experience operating a forklift as this job will require a forklift for the majority of tasks.

Inventory Controller Responsibilities:
- Compiles, verifies, and reports daily and / or periodic inventory metrics aimed at detecting trends to improve and maintain the overall health of inventory.
- Research variances to determine appropriate root cause whether process or behavior and logs the information for operational review.
- Use computer to enter inventory into ERP system. Receive in and issue out materials. Make any inventory adjustments.
- Use a computer to analyze data to make appropriate decisions concerning accuracy or status of inventory at various locations.
- Use forklift to move raw materials to proper locations.
- Place and remove inventory from floor and rack locations.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations per company guidelines.
- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Inventory Controller Qualifications:
- Some form of Inventory Control in previous work history.
- Basic computer skills, ability to problem solve and make good decisions, and good organizational skills are required.
- Previous forklift experience.
